Marikl Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Minimum Age to Use the Marikl Gaming Platform 18 years. No person under the age of 18 may register or play on this platform.

Marikl reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. Failure to pass verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

• A national ID card or passport must be submitted for age verification.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account termination.
• Only legal residents living in Bangladesh are eligible to register.

When registering with Marikl, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting false or misleading details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

• One account per person Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or lent to another person.

Marikl complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for every account.

One of the following documents must be submitted for KYC verification:

• Passport — front page and data page
• Driving License

All submitted documents must be clear, undamaged, and valid. Marikl completes verification within 48 hours.

Marikl supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 1–24 hours

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. It will be converted to withdrawable balance only after the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.

• Once a bet is confirmed in Sports Betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, that bet will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the game will resume from the last saved state.
• In any dispute regarding game outcomes, Marikl's server logs shall be considered the final authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Marikl platform:

• Playing Using Fraudulent or Manipulative Tactics
• Placing Bets Using Bots or Automated Software
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Colluding Fraudulently with Other Players
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Unauthorized access to other users' accounts

If evidence of this activity is found, the account will be permanently terminated, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Marikl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• KYC verification failure
• Suspicious or Unusual Transactions
• Fraudulent activity
• Self-Exclusion Request
